Thank you for using Wikids, applications provided by Kidkedoo Ltd., a duly registered Israeli company, No. 515249530 (the “Applications” or “Wikids”, and “KidkeDoo”, respectively).

Wikids is a talking encyclopedia for kids that encourages kids’ natural curiosity and keeps them interested with a combination of narration, images and text.

We take your kids’ privacy seriously (we are also parents). We offer full disclosure in all our current and future apps, with the promise that we will never do anything to intentionally deceive or harm the relationship of trust we assume between us, our users and their parents.

The Applications are designed for the whole family, including young children. We take privacy seriously and this policy is designed to share what information we collect and how we use it. KidkeDoo may change or update the Privacy Policy at any time as we add new or different features, or as the law changes. Unless another date is given, the changes are effective upon posting. Thus, you should review the Privacy Policy frequently. This Privacy Policy is also part of the Terms of Use that explain your rights and responsibilities and KidkeDoo’s when using the Application(s). What Kind of Information is Collected?

There are two types of data that may be collected. The first one is called personal data. This is personally identifiable information that identifies a user as an individual. KidkeDoo does collect personal data in any of its Application(s). The information is collected anonymously unless the parent manually enters an email address to receive their child's activity report. The second type is non personal data which does not directly identify an individual or which may have been personal information but has had the personally identifiable information removed. KidkeDoo may collect non personal information about the use of the Application(s) to help us improve our services.

To help us provide you with the best service, we use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Application(s). These tools collect information sent by your device or our service. We collect and use this analytics information along with analytics information from other users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual user. We may collect a device ID or other persistent identifier linked to the device that may be used by a child during use of the Application(s). The data collected will be anonymous and not tied to any personal information.

We collect some personally identifiable information. We DO NOT collect your phone number, your city, or photos. We do collect an email address, if provided by the parent. Any usage statistics we collect are anonymous, unless an email address is provided and there is no account signup process in our Application(s). We do have access to information about the device model you are using, the version of your operating system and information about your country, to help us decide which languages should be added to the Application(s). We store information about crash reports, telling us where in the Application(s) it crashed and what the problem might be. We store information about amount of time the Application(s) was used, how many times it has been opened, and which screens, characters or features are most popular.

Wikids is an app for kids, but we believe that parents want to know about their children's activities.This is why we developed a new feature to report to the parents about their child's educational playtime within the app. We collect emails from parents who are interested in getting this sort of info and send them a weekly report with an unsubscribe option.

For those who choose not to subscribe to emails we collect the information anonymously for an option to provide the information later on if a parents chooses to do so. The information that we store is: parent email, entries the child and categories the child viewed and medals that he earned.

Certain features of the Application(s) may permit in-app-purchases, even if the applicable game was free to download. Such purchases are available only behind a parental gate. If you are a parent who is concerned about this feature, you may disable the ability to make in-app-purchases by selecting the settings tab for the applicable Application, and following the necessary prompts to prohibit such purchases.

A Word about What We Might Disclose

As you can see, we collect non personal data for internal use only or in conjunction with third parties to help us operate, analyze, and improve our Application(s) and services. In addition, we may disclose your non personal information to additional parties if we believe we are required to by law, by a judicial proceeding, to protect KidkeDoo’s rights and properties, or to investigate fraud, intellectual property infringement, and any other conduct that might be illegal or expose KidkeDoo or a user of the Application(s) to legal liability. In addition, KidkeDoo may disclose your information in the event of a change or proposed change in the ownership of the company (e.g. a sale, a merger or bankruptcy).

Persons under the age of 13

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive world. Therefore, the Application(s) does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register, without parental consent. If you are under 13, your are not permitted to register to or to download the Application(s) and should not send us any personal information. In the event that we become aware that we collected personal information from any child by mistake, we will dispose of that information in accordance with the relevant law. If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system. If you are between the age of 13 and 18, please obtain your parents’ or legal guardian’s permission prior to downloading or otherwise using the Application(s).

As a participating member KidkeDoo adheres to high standards for protecting kids’ privacy and building family-friendly applications. Moms With Apps is an independent, third-party organization committed to safeguarding children’s personal information collected online.
